- Most European cars should be considered, only if they have a price of 80K or over. Any Porsches other than 911, and Carrera don’t count. All Ferraris, Aston Martins, Bugattis, Lamborghinis, Paganis count. Mercedes SLR and SLS count.
- Abarth and similar cars.
- Any American car is not considered on this list, exceptions are Ford GT, Panoz, Rossion Q1, Saleen S7, Dodge Viper.
- No Japanese cars allowed other than Lexus LF-A.
- Cars at a car show do not count.

I would like to propose that the Fiat 500 be kicked off from this list because it has almost exceeded 10 sightings. Abarth models can go on however, very few people will buy a Fiat for $23,000.
Yes I forgot to make that change. Fiat now gets bumped down from rare.
